Do not purchase any plan until you fully use the trial period. I made the mistake of purchasing the plan immediately. Within 5 days the platform was not providing accurate sources for my articles. (canadian instead of US). I reached out in chat, and was told by Meenakshi Majumder and replied with "Armando, I've raised it with the team. Please allow us a maximum of 12-24 hours to get back to you on this" After this I requested a refund since I thought it was ridiculous to have those issues within 7 days. I did receive an email from MAYANK offering help while I was on my 7 day trial. MEENAKSHI refused the cancellation on 3 multiple attempts simply responding that I needed to wait for them to investigate the issue. At that point I asked if she was refusing the cancel request and the proceeded to tell that If i wanted to cancel that they would keep 10% (approx $36) "Please note, there'd be a 10% deduction, owing to the payment and gateway charges that we'd incur while processing with the refund. Kindly terminate and confirm, and we'd take the refund forward.". I refused to be taken advantage of and will escalate this further.

Seriously Disappointed with Support!
I've hit my breaking point with customer service here. I sent multiple emails, and guess what? No replies. Not a single one. Then I tried the live chat, hoping for some human interaction. They told me someone would get back to me via email. It's been days, and my inbox is as empty as their promises. I'm not one to rant, but this has become some of the most underwhelming support I've ever encountered in the SaaS world. It's not just disappointing; it's frustratingly bad.
Billing issue
Got billed for a full year without as much as a days notification. There is no easy way that I can see on their website on how to adjustment my subscription. The email you receive from them say to click here to manage subscription has no actual way to manage your subscription. My suggestion if you want to try these guys out is to go monthly and then if you like it go for a longer term contract. Because they give you absolutely zero heads up time when they bill you for a year. I don't even think I used their service.
