Beta release, not ready yet, not reliable

Unfortunately, I subscribed to the platform for a full year because I found it user-friendly, and I was impressed by its ability to extract highly accurate information from YouTube videos and generate well-designed quizzes. However, after the transition to the new “professional” platform, I began experiencing numerous issues. The platform can no longer handle PDF files properly—it freezes and shows error messages without any guidance on how to fix them. Support acknowledged these problems and initially offered a refund. I agreed to give them an additional month to resolve the issues, but nothing improved. When I contacted support again, they refused to process the refund and asked me to describe the problems, even though I had already explained them. Launching a beta site without proper preparation has clearly caused these issues. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a major disappointment in terms of customer satisfaction and reliability.
